Licensed since 2022, Kaylee has been part of the Aella team for almost five years. She specializes in seamless, lived-in color — from dimensional blondes and rich reds to vibrant coppers — and loves creating bold vivids, bouncy blowouts with big layered cuts, and confident short haircuts. She regularly invests in continuing education to stay current on color techniques, cutting trends, and styling methods, ensuring she always brings the best to her clients.

Kaylee believes great hair starts with trust. She is extremely patient and judgment-free, taking time to understand each client’s lifestyle, goals, and comfort level before making changes. Whether clients want a dramatic transformation or something low-maintenance, she meets them where they are and creates a plan that works perfectly for them.

She especially loves big transformations and bold haircuts, but also finds satisfaction in gorgeous, lived-in blonding sessions that grow out beautifully and leave clients feeling confident every day.

Outside the salon, Kaylee spends her time weightlifting, sewing quilts, making her own clothes, and exploring fashion through thrifting. She is also looking forward to trying line dancing with Layla.
