Etiquette at Aella Salon


When reserving an appointment, we will require to hold all appointments with a credit or debit card, or a deposit for their reservation. If you are unable to provide either, we will offer walk-in or same day booking. Please note we cannot guarantee to have available reservations for walk-in guests. If a guest no call no show or cancels within 24 hours, we will charge the card on file accordingly. First time late cancellations you will be charged half of your original service fee. Any time after that you will be charged the full-service amount. Any no call no shows, you will be charged the full amount of your original service fee.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we will miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list will miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved personally, a no-show fee will apply.


Our concerns are for the safety and well-being of your children. Our policy prohibits unsupervised children in Aella Salon and Spa. In the event that you must bring a young child into our salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately, our salon cannot provide childcare services. We ask that young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. We kindly request that ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon and spa experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy congested area make a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We greatly appreciate your understanding and compliance with our child safety policy.


Please know that in certain situations your desired hair goals may take multiple appointments to achieve. Your stylist will verbalize that during your appointment. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, please CALL the salon.


ALL sales are final after 15 days. We do not offer refunds for services. All Farmhouse Fresh, Circadia, BareMinerals and Buxom makeup products are NOT eligible for returns. Ask an Aella girl about our complimentary color match and take-home samples to ensure the quality of your purchase!


Aella Salon and Spa’s level pricing/system is based upon the continued education, experience and productivity of our stylists. Each stylist must meet very strict criteria in order to progress to a new level.


Please remember, those who are at a Level 4 and above are considered to be Aella Educators. Our Educators work side by side with a licensed associate to ensure guest experience and operate their schedule in the most efficient way.


Gift card must be presented at the time of your reservation. Aella Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards or unauthorized use. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
