Stepheni has spent 6 years in the industry and 4 years at Aella. She specializes in blonding and lived-in color, and continually hones her craft by participating in all of the salon’s continuing education classes.

As a hairstylist, Stepheni believes that she doesn’t just do hair—her goal is to uplift confidence, listen with intention, and create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and beautiful. She loves forming genuine connections, turning appointments into experiences, and clients into loyal friends. Her favorite services include big hair transformations as well as basic root touches—anything involving color sparks her creativity!

Outside the salon, Stepheni is an outdoorsy adventurer, enjoying hunting, fishing, and demolition derbies, as well as spending quality time with her dogs and family. She also loves dressing up for a night out! Stepheni is always excited to welcome new faces into her chair and share her passion for hair and beauty.
